This is similar to one of our contest questions on motivation and consistency, where I explained that irrespective of the level of motivation we get from people around us, without a positive step to initiate consistent actions, that will bring those motivations to reality. It might be a wasted effort.
Now, coming to this write-up, I agree with you. We need serious inner strength to overcome fear of the unknown and being too comfortable in our comfort zone.
These are two things I found out do hold humans hostage from breaking forth with their good ideas, including meooo. Sometimes I struggle with these two things, but most times, once I win them in any situation before me, boom, I cross over.
