WOULD YOU CHOOSE WEALTH OR FREEDOM

Hello #Scifimultiverse friends, happy new week. I welcome you to my blog.

Wealth is living in abundance. It can be material, human, and financial resources. Everything the individual needs is at their disposal without struggle. Conversely, freedom means being independent. Free from external control and restrictions.

An individual can exercise freedom without being wealthy. Again, someone can have wealth and yet lack the freedom to enjoy it because of tight schedules, work, and other responsibilities. Yet, some may have this wealth and the freedom to live and enjoy it to the fullest.

As for me, I choose freedom. Walking the path of freedom means creating wealth. Freedom will open doors of opportunity, including networking, building relationships, and joining groups to learn and acquire skills that will eventually make me wealthy.

Furthermore, wealth without freedom is like being on house arrest: you can move around the compound but can't go outside to mingle, attend events, go shopping, mix with people, or feel the environment without restriction.

On the other hand, some people may have this freedom yet lack the capacity and creativity to make wealth. Some may also lack the needed finances to meet their set objectives. For example, if I have all the time to relate with people, do my daily hustle, live without fear, have good health, and enjoy my life without being in any form of indebtedness or pressure of any kind, I think I am comfortable rather than amassing money and having no time and peace of mind to enjoy it.

Nate Steele

A story has it that a young man, in desperate search of wealth, went for money rituals. He became wealthy on the condition that after a certain number of years, he would transcend to eternity while sleeping. However, as the appointed time approached, the young man refused to sleep, knowing what would happen. He stayed awake for 3 days and couldn’t continue.

The next day, as sleep kept calling, he held his eyes open and ran around the village shouting, “You people should tell them to leave me alone,” repeatedly. Unfortunately, nobody could help him; he paid the price for being wealthy without freedom. He was made wealthy but couldn’t enjoy the wealth. He was also denied the freedom to enjoy the wealth.

In conclusion, being wealthy is living in health and having the freedom to enjoy the wealth we genuinely built for ourselves. Thank you for stopping by.
