I often make juice with this star fruit. Adding ice makes this juice even fresher. It is very suitable to drink while relaxing during the day. Although the weather is not too hot. But I think this drink is quite suitable to be enjoyed during rest or relaxation.

Speaking of hot days. Well, a few days ago I saw star fruit that was bearing quite a lot of fruit beside my house. Unfortunately, due to lack of care, some of the star fruit were rotten and eaten by worms. But this star fruit has a very sweet taste.

RECIPE

Ingredients needed :

• 9 Starfruit (adjust as you wish)

• 1 liter of boiled water

• Sugar (3 tablespoons)

• Ice cubes to taste.

Tools needed:

• Bowl
• Strainer
• Knife
• Glass
• Blender, etc.

Do you know guys? why the fruit looks like a black hole, because this star fruit does not use any fertilizer at all. This fruit grows naturally, that's why caterpillars really like this star fruit because the taste of this fruit is definitely very sweet.

Juice Making Steps

• The first thing to do is to wash the star fruit thoroughly with running water (here I washed it in a bowl filled with water and 1/4 tsp of salt).

FYI, I use salt here as a substitute for soap. to remove all germs and animals that stick to the fruit.

• Then, peel the star fruit to separate the rotten fruit from the good fruit. Here I only use the good fruit.

• Then, prepare other ingredients, such as sugar and water.

• Add star fruit, then sugar and water into the blender.

• Then just blend it until smooth.

• After the star fruit is finished blending, prepare a sieve and a bowl to collect the star fruit juice.

Strain the star fruit. Then break some ice cubes to add freshness to this star fruit juice.
