The Great Basil's crown has been laid to rest. In the back ground we can see mini-plant and mystery plant weeping softly. A sad day in the winter garden.
I've still been adding a surprising amount of water to the hydroponics kit. I'm quite glad I don't follow the suggested method of only adding water when the lights start flashing because I often fill up the water 5-6 in between recommended refill period times.

The damn plant has a mind of it's own and can't be contained within just the winter garden. MEGAPLANT is absolutely enormous right now. It's crazy how quickly he fills out again after a trim.
