The Winter Garden - Day 115

I'm not ready to call this plant officially sprouted but damn that's getting close! A little bit of green poking out ready to spring out from the earth. The soil seems nice and moist and the mini-greenhouse seems to be doing an excellent job. I think it will be a long time before we have a harvestable pepper but I'm looking forward to the journey. It will be pretty cool to have some actual vegetables growing.

Garden is looking great and I bet @hydroponics101 is jealous of my basil plants. (Check out his hydroponics garden!) I really need to get a few of those leaves off, they are looking a bit over ripe to me. Not sure if I will be able to use any tomorrow but might have to do a little trim either way.

My water garden is really starting to spill over into the winter garden. That jungle is out of control and stealing all the light! I hope the two gardens don't start a feud with each other. #teamwintergarden or #teamwatergarden?
