Holy growth batman! It is just crazy how fast this garden is growing. Each day it seems like a whole new garden because there is so much change. I'm not sure how tall everything is supposed to grow but I thing each plant peaks at a few inches so that could mean we are harvesting by the weekend.
I'm not really even sure what I'm going to use everything in yet. I don't even no what a microgreen radish even is. Maybe I throw it in a smoothie? Do I just eat them by the handful? I did not think this project through as well as I did the winter garden. I'm thinking there will be some experimenting in my near future.
I totally forgot to take a picture of Gillbert today. I'm sorry. I promise you he is fine and happy as ever.
