300 days and still going strong! The water garden has seen a number of changes over the past 300 days but I do still have two of my original plants, the basils. I've added and subtracted a few other plants

200 days! I'm quite positive I've never kept a fish alive for 200 days. Gillbert might be the oldest fish on the planet. 200 days and I still haven't cleaned the damn tank. I wasn't feeling great today

This was the first place winning sandcastle. It's supposed to be Jimi Hendrix and while it is nice, I really felt a few of the other sandcastles we saw werre much better. Then again I don't think I'm much

The pepper flower is opening up! Pretty cool to see something happening finally. I have no idea what's going to happen now but I should have a pepper growing in the near future. I propped up a damaged

Just missed a really cool shot of Gillbert peeking his head out from inside the castle. I remember at one point in time I deperately wanted to see Gillbert use his castle and now he uses it all the time.

I must have caught these flowers at the perfect time. Look at how perfect they all are! I kind of get excited when I see things like this while walking around. When I took this picture I was out for a

I'm the worst, sorry Gillbert. I said I would clean your tank today but I got caught up working outside all day and neglected you once again. I need to start punishing myself every time I forget to clean

My basil is doing ok. I really didn't regrow as well this round. I might need more focus trimming technique next time I harvest. The plant had been regrowing so well I was just chopping off huge portions

Some more crazy sandcastles for you all today. I was blown away by all the castles in the competition so I just want to share all of them with you! This one was my wife's favorite, pretty unreal that these

I ended up getting lured into family stuff today and neglected Gillbert again in the process. Tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow... I'll clean it all out tomorrow I promise Gillbert! The time I did spend

I got a little flower on my pepper plant! Didn't notice this yesterday but apparently there is a little flower growing on my pepper plant and I'm hoping that means we might get a pepper out of this sad

Oh you didn't? Well tough luck here's some more sandcastles. This one was pretty cool. I think it's a human eating a boar eating a bear eating a cougar eating a bird eating a fish. Hope you enjoyed all

I missed you Gillbert! Right as I got home my wife ran into the house to check on Gillbert. He was so excited to see her and enjoyed having a meal that didn't come from a dissolvable tablet. Gillbert's

I'm back! Holy cow is the garden out of control. Well mainly just the tomatoes. I have plants going everywhich direction and everything was long overdue for some water! Two weeks is a bit too long to be

This sculpture was a bit funny and this lady really cracked me up. For how silly she looks the sculpture is amazingly done. The whole thing was a play on the wastefulness and destructiveness of humans.

Took a nice photo of some flowers before realizing they were fake. So from this I learned two things: First I'm an idiot and second these are pretty nice for fake flowers. I felt pretty silly afterwards

Heading home from vacation after two weeks away. It has really felt like I've been going non-stop on this vacation and I kind of feel like I will need a big rest this weekend. Guess that's the side effect

I had really bad internet last night so uploading photo's wasn't working great. I have a bunch more sandcastle pictures I want to share with all of you and I will try and deliver them more than one at

Lily is Marshall's companion. She is 8 years old and likes to think she rules the roost when in reality she gets tossed around a bit by Marshall whenever she jumps in his path. Lily seemed like a snuggly

This is my cousins dog Marshall. He is a Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever. The breed name is a bit of a mouthful. Marshall is a very beautiful and friendly dog and we got to play with him for a while
