Heading home from vacation after two weeks away. It has really felt like I've been going non-stop on this vacation and I kind of feel like I will need a big rest this weekend. Guess that's the side effect of constant driving and never staying anywhere more than a few days at a time.
The entire trip was spent visiting family and it's all been a bit exhausting for me. A few of the places we stayed had terrible guest beds and I'd wake up sore and tired and then have to hop in the car and drive all day. Don't get me wrong, it's great spending time with family, it just doesn't feel like I've had a vacation though.
Next year I think we will be heading off to a beach somewhere for our vacation so we can relax and unwind for a week!
