Another hectic day always a good start to have a pallet with twelve sixty kilo sacks of green coffee on. After sorting those out I had to roast Kenya Peaberry, Vietnam, Papua New Guinea and Ethiopian.
Once all the orders were packed I had the crazy idea to pull all the pallets out of the room with the small roaster in, and decided it could do with some painting as well so that’s added to this weekends work plans.
