With the Federal Government partially shutdown it has to try to scare it’s readers with the boogieman could get them because the TSA is effected by it. The thing is, the TSA has never stopped a terrorist plot or individual terrorist. Not once has it ever justified it’s existence, unless it exists to grope Americans and irradiate them with back scatter screenings that is.
