Democrats Are Hedging Their Bets Setting Up 25th Amendment Panel. Either Trump or Biden Will Do
The Democrats are hedging their bets with the 25th Amendment. They are want to use it to set up a panel that will monitor the President’s health. If they have any issues with it they will invoke the 25th.
In short, if the Democrats win the House and Senate they will pass this even if Trump wins and use it to go after him. If Biden wins, they will use it to install Kamala Harris as President where she couldn’t win legitimately.
