I think that is what it says.
It looks like a phoenix swooping in from the right, only to be drooled on by a wacky goose necked, uh, goose? Then there is the ever present pink thorn vine that is molesting both of them in their encounter.
I would be able to see more if I had a little help from my friend Mary Jane, but she is in short supply as of late.
