Following on from my last post about Tencent's QQ QTX Toy Expo, I wanted to share some of the designs that stood out to me.
There were so many well designed collections, it's hard to not buy up a bunch of different collections. I kind of feel the same when it comes to NFTs, owning a collection is a feeling to be enjoyed.
I love the giant mecha QQ penguin.There were a bunch of big anime scultpures too, but these aren't as interesting to me as some of the spinoffs. The penguin Luffy (One Piece) from QQ is really cool.
I was also really into the QQ x KAOKAO collab. If you don't know, KaoKaoTalk is a popular messaging service in Korea and the Kaokao friends debuted as an emoticon pack over a decade ago. It's awesome to see collabs from all over.
I picked up a bunch of merch and freebies, an afternoon well spent!
