There are two easy routes in Inktober that I actively wrestle against. First, there is an obvious image associated with a prompt. If you are asked to draw something prompted by "Chicken", you

Rover spells... --- ...

I like the theme of roast because it's difficult to come up with the idea that doesn't look like what anyone else has done. My personal theme has been outer space. Here, the image of open fire is incompatible,

I think Spaceman is my theme for this Inktober. More people at the office are getting involved so I'll see if I can get some photos. I had a little bit of trouble with Tranquility because it was a lot

We have many creative people at the office so, I'm trying to get everyone to join in this month. This is why my posts will show up on a whiteboard. If we are lucky, we can see some work by my coworkers.

First. I recommend sketching the sartorius and the TFL (tensor fascia latae). The TFL lines the side of the upper leg. The sartorius is this interesting S curve that starts at the crest of your hip and

Two variations of the upper arm. One muscular and the other less so. I had to come back to the muscular arm to put the biceup under the deltoid. As for the normal arm, I think that the horizontal tilt

Every kid who compares muscles, knows the biceps. They have 2 heads. This is why they are called "Bi"ceps. One outer belly that is long, another inside that is short. For the artist, it is more

Two comic panels. A quiet moment in space. Pencils below. these are the finished pencils rather than the planning lines. You van see that the coloring is fairly rough and blocky. This forces me to be

@patternsandwich was kind enough to create this for me: It's an intriguing algorithm. My original image: @patternsandwich's request-post:

A profile view of a woman's head. Once again, the muscles in the neck extend all the way down to the sternum. And, originates from behind the ear. One challenge here is that I am emphasizing the anatomical

Here's a portrait. I like how the limited canvas allows me to make big changes to the color and layout pixel by pixel. This application allowed me to pick the NES palette. Which, as it turns out, has a
