The thing is, doing what you know is best itself is not all that difficult. It's dealing with the choice you have not to do it and take the easy road which is the real problem. I guess it's a human condition and as good as everyone is suffering from it in one way or another. If you are more aware it can cause quite a lot of dissonance :-)
