I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...
Thursday was a pretty low day starting as usual joining a Muay Thai boxing class followed by quite a long nap in my room. I afterward went to market village to get something to eat and to buy long pants to visit the dragon statue on Sunday in Cha-am as short pants are not allowed there. I didn't find one yesterday but did so now having something that I also will be able to use as pants to play tennis. It says it's from New Balance but at just 250 haht I'm quite sure it's a fake.
I also ate at Market Village Food court and got a smoothie afterward
I went to my place afterward considering to go watch a movie or explore Soi 102. Instead I watched a 90-minute podcast and went for a swim afterward going out just to check how long the walk is to the Antza Stadion where I will join a Muay Thai Boxing event on Friday.
I also passed by the Seven Eleven and bought a cornetto. Eventually once I got back I spend some more time on my laptop and went to sleep.
Next Day Goals: I will join another muay thai boxing class, clean my room a bit, maybe ask for servicing on Saturday or Sunday. I might have a short trip to Market Village to exchange some money as I'm close to running out what I had put aside for the first month. In the early evening, my girlfriend will come by and we will get something to eat before going to a Muay Thai boxing event.
