welcome to Hive !

I haven't heard anything about that yet, in the past I did some water fasting also and it was quite beneficial. I guess the best way to go about things is to have just a healthy routine at a small calory

That really looks delicious, I might try it to change things up in the coming weeks. Also really professional pictures ! Thanks

I have ranged between 82kg at my max and 60kg at my lowest the last 10+ years of so most of it below 70kg (I'm 1.72m) so I kind of know the swings and what to expect in terms of weight loss based on what

The first 2 kilo I don't really count as they tend to be the easiest. The goal this month was to be below 70kg which I achieved. The goal next month is to get below 67kg. Cutting out all processed food

Thanks!

Since the start of this year, I try to avoid all food that have processed vegetable oils in it which so far is actually working out great as it pretty much forces me to make fresh food each day as they

Always nice to see an actifit report that isn't just a copy paste dump. Workout-Sleep-Food are really the key cornerstones of health. Walking is great but it tends to take up a lot of time if you want

Keeping a daily blog really helps like crazy to keep some commitment as you can only really slack for that long this way. good Luck!

Thanks, sorry for breaking the rules. I'll keep them in mind from here on out!

I don't drink or do drugs so that is not an issue and I also have a very stress free life. The most difficult thing by far has always been food.

I basically just use Youtube to see which are the keys to press and then manually try to brute-force those into my muscle memory. Likely not to most efficient way to go about it but I'm having fun with

I enjoyed watching it but also was left a bit dissapointed overall. Looking forward the the 3rd season now.

Yeah, I'm kind of glad that I didn't watch it in 2022 with such a cliffhanger and a 3-Year wait. It's always nice to see series with an original plotline and something about having a mystery with unanswered

I 100% recommend it, hive is the perfect platform for a daily journal like this to keep you on track or at leat keep you from drifing too far away. I'm glad that I made this into a daily morning habit

Impressive Step Count ! Enjoy the mountain bike riding.

I for sure wouldn't be nearly as disciplined if I didn't keep this daily journal blog. That really helps a lot.

I tried my max a couple weeks back which was 25. Right now I just tend to spread them throughout the day which I guess limits the effectiveness and the discomfort the day after. It does give me a sense

It's crazy how fast time flies as I've kept the days and also how much of a habit making a daily jounal has become. The main purpose remains that it mpostly avoids me from going totall off track if anything.

The steps is just something for this week to get me going again as I enjoy it. The main issue is that it just takes up a lot of time to reach 100k steps a day while not even counting a part of them. Food
