A small palm tree got the top broken off of it, and this stump is what remains. I saw this in the early morning while looking for steemit photos to take. I like how the sun is coming through the fence in the back, while my view of this tree is still in shadow.
I do not think the tree will grow more, and no one will remove it. Over time, the tree will fall back to the ground and nourish the plants around it.
