In ICON's official email to ICO participants, OKex was listed as the first official exchange where ICX will be traded. In an unexpected turn of events, Binance has gone ahead and listed ICX with BTC, ETH, and BNB pairs. ICX is also available on HitBTC, and will be live on OKex later today.
