I think I'm going to be buying more 1st edition packs until they go out of print. I feel like those packs are great for building up a city and it feels like the market prices have been creeping upwards.

For most cities, basic homes and apartments are huge population boosters and typically the easiest way to increase population. I'm really interested to see what happens to the price when they go out of print. Really depends on what cards are available in the 3rd edition.
