Change the world!
No really I hear all the time "well that's just how it is" or "the world has gone to shit" or "I'm so sick of people treating others that way?" all statements I hear from others saying how unhappy they are with the way "the world" has or is changing for the worse. It's always the same thing, Its either society as a whole has lost its moral compass! Or how the world is going to end because of global warming! Or some other personal view of how the world is a messed up place.
All I hear is complaining.. No call to action, no vision of how things could be better, Or any if only I had done this then MAYBE the outcome around me would be different! Right the world is a big place and people have their own thoughts and ideas of how it should look. Those ideas will never all be the same and your vision of how others in our would should look or act, will not be the same as mine or the next guys.. SO why even care, Why even try to make things better.. I mean its hopeless lets just sit here and complain about the bad things in the world together and do nothing. That's much easier than actually doing something! Right?
See the thing is you don't have to "change the world" to change the world around you.. All you have to do is be the kinda person you want others to be. I don't think that my writing these simple words on a blog post on STEEMIT will "change the world".. But I do hope that at-least one person reads my words here. And decides to do at-least one thing a day to make their circle of influence in the world have a more positive impact.. Stop complaining and DO SOMETHING!!! We know changing the world is a big job! And we know its going to take more than the actions of one person to make it happen. BE ONE OF THE PEOPLE TRYING!!! Stop sitting on the sidelines complaining and DO something positive.
How can one person "change the world"? by action not by words!! Pick a charity get involved, Plant a tree, Serve a meal, Teach a child, Be a mentor, PRAY for others, Donate, help the homeless. Just DO something, pick a cause get involved! CHANGE THE WORLD!
