The idea of Scubalec is to fly underwater like superhero Aquaman. Scubalec is two cylindrical and battery boosters with an impeller to pull water through the front hole and remove it in the rear hole.
To increase or decrease the impulse, there is a throttle switch that is easily operated by the thumb, and to change direction only just point the arm to its destination.
