#DAY 4: DREAM JOB.
Hey guys, we're still on the #bloggingchallenge .
Amongst all the things I ever pictured myself doing in my head, the most prevalent was motion design/animations. I always see myself with Wacom tablet and curved screen monitors and GTX processors cards and all kinds of things that animators use to create amazing designs.
I learn as much I can from great animators like Greyscalegorilla, eyedesyn,Sean dove, man vs machine, and so many others. However I'm limited by my laptop specifications, therefore my designs are low-poly(it means of low quality, less polygons so I can fast renders)
The world of design is very broad and limitless
In general these 3D softwares can be used to do a lot of things like sculpting, simluations, vfx, tracking, projection, mappings, character creation, animations, logo design and presentations, this is as far as I know.
The uses are limitless and no knowledge is lost
Being a motion designer means you have to be proficient when it comes to using Photoshop, illustrator and After effects.
Yeah... it's quite a lot to learn but I'll get there.
Having knowledge of these programs makes your workflow easier and aesthetic.
It's a very interesting yet demanding career but my passion is greater
The software I have chosen to learn is the Maxon Cinema 4d.
It's a very powerful tool, it is compatible with Adobe programs.
Infact most motion designers use the
Cinema 4d, Adobe Illustrator,Photoshop, and After effects to create awesome projects.
Some people choose to use Blender, Maya. It does not matter, as far you can understand it well enough to deliver jobs.
