This video was filmed on Sunday the 15th of March. At the time i had an idea to start filming a series about our Sunday family day activities. Little did i know at the time that Monday the 16th Guatemala would go into full lockdown. This was a fun lighthearted Sunday and we joked about moving into the abandoned shack on the empty beach that we found.
Everything now gets filtered through the before and after corona virus. After nearly a month in lockdown i look at my family on this day. We were so carefree. It’s amazing how life changes. I look now at my kids who still find ways to play and have fun... they are each others best buds. I look to these beautiful beings for guidance, how to find joy and laughter and find lightness of spirit.
I hope where ever you are out there in the world that you are safe, healthy and finding your own little places of joy!
