Tigrillo is one of the signature breakfasts in Ecuador. On the menu this was called Tigrillo Clasico. Its made with green plaintain, mixed with egg, onion and garlic, often with your choice of meat. Its pretty heavy. Im more a light breakfast person though it was tasty!
