When i was at my first year of university. ‘Underage’ i was given an ‘open container’ infraction because i was seen dropping a plastic cup on a yard of a house party.
My fine was close to 300$ at the time. For having a drink, as any 19 year old would.
It was very apparent the scam/ extortion of Americans that was happening to me then. I saw the pure capitalization of crime and how across America ...university cities were raking in the $$$ of so many parents who’s children were being set up to be caught drinking ‘under age’

Now i am a Gringo outside of that crap. Which comes with its own issues... but i think i prefer.
