as to DHF. im not oposed to spending for the right projects, i just want to see a full culture change in the expectations of any funded project. the black hole spending frenzy needs to end. we should all look at the stakeholder perspective. its not about the feels anymore. its about the "show me the metrics" the kpi´s, the road to selfsustaining profit making. the regular reporting.
