梵净山 承恩殿残墙
据资料记载 宋代（960-1270），佛教已正式传入梵净山，成为当时佛教名山。 明代《敕赐碑》中，对弥勒与梵净山作专门记载，并称梵净山是“无边法界，极乐天宫”。明万历、清康熙年间，两次敕封梵净山，要求官府保护梵净山“一大正殿、四大皇庵、48大脚庵”，清末又设“都司衙门”加以保护。
