I’ve heard about the fractional banking system years ago, I didn’t believe it at first, but talking with a retired banker I met, he did confirm it.
Took me by surprise, but it’s not really printing out of thin air as I recall him saying, they use debt, your debt , my debt, anyone who signs a promissory note”contract” to pay back a certain amount.
They print it off the sweat off our back in reality.
It was more of what ever you promised to pay back, the total amount, they could loan out 90% of that, and yes out of thin air...
