Just to point out, Hive has less than 4000 active users, most of whom are only counted because they still have their auto-votes active. So, when you say that nowhere in social media do you get seen by the masses right away is pretty much true on platforms with large userbases. That means your posts disappear down the feed faster.

That's not true on Hive. Having a userbase the size of a typical 6 month old start up should translate into to being not only easier seen, but more likely to be welcomed in and shown the warmth of the community. That's not true though and people leave. There's no audience here and that's why people don't stay. That wouldn't be true if the small userbase went out of their way to give true noobs some attention.

People come here to a cold shoulder because the only importance here seems to be the size of one's vote after you've been here a while and expect a certain amount of votes or have found out how to maximize your earnings. The one's who stay, stay because earnings are their goal. The one's that leave, leave because attention is their goal.
