I've noticed that Snapping drops of drastically starting at around 4pm CST. What can we do to get more people using Snaps and throughout more of the day? Maybe earning more Points during slow times? Challenges

@meno suggestion~ Since people's moods change daily, how about making the mood badges cheaper , but on a time limit? Say 10-20 pts for 24hrs as an example? This not only opens the option to more people
