Cliches, cliches, cliches... you're all over the place
Folks spread you like a plague, copy and paste
You're in my face I can't escape please fade away
You used to have your place, now you're just a pain
You aged so fast, get off the stage you're old
Maybe it's our fault for using you like a default
You're generally right I'm told, but is it really so?
Or we've become lazy and expect you to always know
Instead of resorting to you I'll wait and be creative
Shape shift in a form that transforms into a space ship
The new saying was alien on the get to know basis
Humans came into play... No! Another cliche lives
Cliches, cliches, cliches... I was wrong you are ageless
