Lagos and bills are 5 & 6, the main reason I love Lagos is cos of security, at least nothing like boko haram or Fulani evasion... If your landlord is not bothering you much, you can tolerate him cos most houses in Lagos have one issue or another... if it is not landlord, it would be network or something else.
