InvestFeed has its own token $IFT, similar to Steem for steemit. Essentially, these tokens on both platforms are used to incentivize people to create good content and contribute to the ecosystem. Whereas the Steemit token is used for upvotes and rewards for quality content, the InvestFeed token has more uses.
First, you can charge people for services on InvestFeed. So, if you are a crypto expert and want to teach people technical analysis, you can do this and charge people in the $IFT token. Also, you can obviously pay people for services through the token. Ads can be blocked through a payment to InvestFeed in the $IFT token. You can tip quality posts and promote others.
