I extended the competition since some people didn't realize it had started already.

The HSBI idea for the second contest would be proportional. Buy 10 ELIXIR get 5 HSBI. If you buy 100 ELIXIR you get 50 HSBI. That's the idea for now. I'll make an official announcement closer to November.
