What a great article, and a great lesson to all of us!

I have to remind myself and others of this when getting up to talk in front of people. Inside you're nervous, terrified, want to run, and death seems a more pleasant alternative. The best part is the audience doesn't know this. Outwardly, I display an unmovable calm, to the point I've had interviewers and audiences tell me I "nailed it" and seemed so calm, confident and collected. Ultimately, it's all an act. We're all terrified, and what makes or breaks it is who can fake it better.
