Our illustrious, all-knowing irrigation department has done it again. Claiming we need to conserve water because of a drought, they shut off the irrigation just one week before we get into cold weather. Genius!
So now I'm stuck manually watering my lawn because it's 90 degrees and one week worth's of water might break the system. If it's that delicate of a balance, they're clearly incompetent. Gotta love bureaucracy!
