According to Which? Revolut has recorded the highest number of fraud and scam complaints escalated to the Financial Ombudsman Services, which I believe is in the UK, every single year since 2023. Maybe they are a great bank offline, but once you've been scammed or defrauded your money is less likely to be refunded is all I'm saying.
