Hello community—Halloween has arrived in Splinterlands! The new themed skins for this wonderful season have already been announced; however, for this post, I will focus solely on my regular "Golden Path" report (#16), which I bring you weekly. I’ll save my thoughts on the seasonal event for a future post. Over the last few days, I’ve been buying cards from both the Conclave Arcana set and the special Visions of Verico set. Let’s kick off this report by looking at the cards we’ve added to our deck, how they’ll help strengthen our Conclave Arcana lineup, and how they’ll improve our standing in the Modern Silver bracket.

Ya fue anunciado las nuevas skins temáticas de esta maravillosa temporada del año, sin embargo, para esta publicación solo me enfocaré en mi acostumbrado reporte de la Senda Dorada en # 16 que les traigo semanalmente y dejaremos para otra publicación mis impresiones sobre este evento de temporada. Estos últimos días estuve de nuevo comprando cartas tanto del set Conclave Arcana como del set especial Visions of Verico, así que comencemos este reporte con las cartas que hemos estado incorporando a nuestro mazo y como nos ayudarán a fortalecer nuestro mazo de cartas Conclave Arcana y así mejorar nuestra posición en el Bracket de plata moderno.

Let’s start with the main purchase I made this weekend: my first Archon from the Escalation set! Looking at the remaining months of the year, I realized it wasn't feasible to put off acquiring the Escalation legendary Archons; I need to start incorporating them into my Conclave Arcana deck to diversify my strategies. Ranking in the top 30 has shown me that I can't rely exclusively on the Core set legendary Archons. Of course, there are rare Archons, but they are too expensive to max out for the Silver league. So, for now, the best move is to take advantage of the good prices on these Archons and get them ready for use in the Modern Silver bracket as soon as possible.

Comencemos por la principal compra que realicé este fin de semana, mi primer arconte del set Escalation! Viendo los plazos y meses que quedan de este año, me di cuenta que no iba a ser viable dejar los arcontes legendarios de Escalation para el año pasado, necesito comenzar a incorporarlos a mi mazo del set Conclave Arcana para diversificar mis estrategias. Estar entre los 30 primeros puestos me ha demostrado que no puedo depender exclusivamente de los arcontes legendarios del set Core, por supuesto están los arcontes raros pero son demasiado caros para llevarlos al tope de la liga de plata, así que lo mejor por ahora es aprovechar los buenos precios de estos arcontes para tenerlos disponible lo más pronto posible en el bracket de plata moderno.

With Ghezira, we now have our second Earth legendary Archon, featuring synergy with Feliform lineage units and the tactical abilities Flying and Weary. This motivated me to continue rounding out my Earth-class units, as I still have many left to acquire and others to level up. That’s why, this weekend, I bought some more common cards—which, as you know, we can't use at Level 1 if we're in the Silver bracket. I started with two cards that made sense to own in gold foil: Virid Venomancer and Silverleaf Mage. The price for these gold foil versions was very reasonable; however, I still need two more copies of the Silverleaf Mage to reach the Silver League cap.

Con Ghezira tenemos nuestro segundo arconte legendario de tierra con sinergia con unidades de linaje feliform y las habilidades tácticas volador y cansado. Esto me motivo a continuar completando mis unidades de la clase tierra porque todavía me quedan muchos con adquirir y otros por subir de nivel. Por eso este fin de semana compre otras cartas comunes que como saben no podemos usarlas en nivel 1 si estamos en el bracket de plata. Comencé con 2 cartas que me convenía tener en lámina dorada: Virid Venomancer y Silverleaf Mage el precio de estas cartas en lámina dorada era mucho más económico que su versión dorada, pero en el caso de Silverleaf Mage aún me faltan 2 copias par< alcanzar el tope de la liga de plata.

Next, I moved on to buying and upgrading two other common cards I frequently use with this class—since they are commons, they are very affordable: Living Berm and Forlorn Geomant. I definitely need the Living Berm at Level 5 because it has the Thorns ability, whereas having the Forlorn Geomant at Level 4 is sufficient for now—we’ll take it to Level 5 later on.

Luego pasamos a comprar y upgradear otras 2 cartas comunes que suelo utilizar con esta clase, son comunes así que están a un precio bastante accesibles: Living Berm & Forlorn Geomant. Al primero si que lo necesito en nivel 5 porque tiene la habilidad thorns y por ahora es suficiente con tener a Forlorn Geomant en nivel 4, más adelante lo llevaremos a nivel 5.

For the moment, these are the Earth class cards I most needed to upgrade. There are still cards left to upgrade—not just rares like Silverleaf, but also epics and legendaries. The good news is that I have at least one copy of each; leveling them up is the next goal I need to tackle in the coming weeks.

Por ahora, son las cartas de la clase tierra que más necesitaba upgradear. Todavía nos falta upgradear cartas, no solo las raras como Silverleaf, sino también las épicas y las legendarias. The next cards I bought—in order of priority—were from the Life class: Auroral Elemental (which I’ll have to settle for keeping at Level 2 for now) and Snippet (also at Level 2). Snippet is already really useful at that level because it attacks the last position and has a low mana cost.

Las siguientes cartas que compré en orden de prioridad fueron de la clase vida: Auroral Elemental que por ahora tendré que conformarme con tenerla en nivel 2 y Snippet también en nivel 2 pero que ya en ese nivel es realmente útil porque ataca la última posición y tiene un bajo coste de mana.

I still need to level up almost all the "Core" common cards in this class. Most of them belong to the Ulundin lineage—meaning they’re designed for use with the rare Life Archon—but I think my priority right now lies with the epic and legendary cards of this class, as they are incredibly useful when paired with the legendary Archon, Cap. Frankie. When the time comes to buy those common cards, I might get the gold foil versions since they are reasonably priced, and I would only need two to upgrade them to level 4.

De esta clase todavía me faltan por subir de nivel casi todas las cartas comunes Core y es que casi todas ellas son de linaje Ulundin, es decir, como para usarlas con el arconte raro de vida pero creo que por ahora mi prioridad son las cartas épicas y legendarias de esta clase pues me son de gran utilidad con el arconte legendario Cap. Frankie. Cuando llegue el momento de comprar esas cartas comunes es posible que las compre en lámina dorada ya que están a buen precio y solo necesitaría 2 para llevarlas a nivel 4.

For the Death class, I am focusing on Epic units; there are two Epics in Conclave Arcana Core and only one in Escalation. Since I had already purchased a level 3 gold Lucky Longshot, it was time for the Umbral Elemental. This card is very special because it boosts the party's speed, and at level 3, it protects adjacent units from Blast attacks. For now, I’m buying it at level 2 to gain +1 speed for the entire team; I’ll upgrade it to level 3 later on.

De la clase muerte estoy enfocado en las unidades épicas, para Conclave Arcana Core hay 2 épicas y de Escalation hay solo 1. Como ya había comprado Lucky Longshot dorado lvl 3 era el turno de Umbral Elemental, esta carta es muy especial porque aumenta la velocidad del grupo y en nivel 3 protege a las unidades adyacentes de ataques con blast. Por ahora la compramos lvl 2 para conseguir +1 de velocidad a todo el equipo, más adelante la terminaremos de llevar a nivel 3.

We wrapped up our Conclave card purchases with two Neutral cards. The first is Grimward Ruinshot; I bought the gold version because I’m really interested in its "Dispel" ability, which removes buffs from enemy cards. The second is the Epic card Ferrous Brewer, which I upgraded to level 2 to boost its damage to 2. Its low mana cost and "Charge" ability make it ideal for low-mana battles, especially when playing the Death class.

Terminamos nuestra compra de cartas Conclave con 2 cartas neutras, la primera es Grimward Ruinshot que la compré dorada porque en realidad me interesa su habilidad Dispel que elimina el buff de las cartas enemigas. In our previous report, we committed to leveling up at least one Verico card to level 7 so we could lock it onto one of our plots. I believe I can achieve this goal before the end of November if we gather enough resources to go up one level each week. Last week, we moved from level 2 to 3, and today I purchased the 16 necessary Ollistock Bull cards to bring it to level 4.

En nuestro reporte anterior nos habíamos comprometido a llevar al menos una carta Verico a nivel 7 para bloquearla en una de nuestras parcelas. Es una meta que creo que puedo lograrlo antes de terminar noviembre, si cada semana reunimos para subir 1 nivel. La semana pasada pasamos del nivel 2 al 3, y para hoy compré las 16 cartas necesarias de Ollistock Bull para llevarla a nivel 4.

At level 4, our Ollistock Bull will provide a 3% production bonus—if it shares a lineage connection with the other workers staked on that land—as well as a 3% reduction in the grain required to collect the produced resources. It also now offers the chance to obtain a special skin for a random card. Two weeks in, we are already more than halfway toward our goal of reaching level 7; we have 3 levels to go, and I think I might be able to purchase the cards needed for level 5 this weekend. Whether I aim to take this card to its maximum level depends entirely on the number of copies available on the market—remember, reaching level 10 requires 400 copies, and such quantities aren't currently available. We’ll see how feasible it is to invest in maxing out this card once we get closer to level 7.

Así nuestro Ollistock Bull en nivel 4, tendría un 3% de bonificación en la producción si guarda relación de linaje con el resto de trabajadores que están bloqueados en esa tierra, un 3% de reducción de los requerimientos de grano necesario para recoger los recursos producidos y ahora la posibilidad de conseguir una skin especial para una carta aleatoria. En 2 semanas ya estamos a más del 50% de nuestra meta que e llegar al nivel 7, nos faltan 3 niveles y creo que este fin de semana podría comprar las necesarias para el nivel 5. Plantearme llevar esta carta al máximo nivel es algo que depende necesariamente del número de copias ofertadas, recordemos que para llevar esta carta a nivel 10 se necesitan 400 copias y en el mercado no hay disponibles esas cantidades, así que ya veremos a medida que nos acerquemos al nivel 7 que viable es invertir en esta carta al máximo nivel.

Let’s take a look at the resources we collected this week. To start, our two farms—which produce grain—remain unchanged, so we brought in the usual amount of grain. I’m still considering whether to hire two workers for the farm that has three available slots; I’ll make that decision once the season comes to an end.

Veamos cuanto recogimos esta semana en cuanto a recursos, para empezar nuestras 2 granjas que nos producen grano siguen sin cambios asi que obtuvimos la misma cantidad de grano de siempre, sigo pensando si alquilar 2 trabajadores para la granja que tiene 3 slots, la decisión la tomaré cuando llegué el final de la temporada.

Finally, we collected the stone produced in our 3 plots; I currently have 5 workers assigned to the Bredaine plot, and 3 rented workers on the common Oxborough plot—2 of which are max-level Legendary Gold Foil cards from the Chaos Legion set, and 1 is a Rare Black Foil card from the Conclave Arcana set. Simply adding these 3 rented cards significantly boosted the amount of stone I accumulate each week. Consequently, I’m interested in renting an additional worker, but I need to plan it carefully, as it would require securing 10K DEC and locking it up to activate the worker on the plot.

Finalmente recogimos la piedra producida en nuestras 3 canteras, aquí tengo 5 trabajadores delegados en la parcela de Bredaine, y 3 alquilados en la parcela común de Oxborough, 2 de ellos doradas legendarias al máximo del set Chaos Legion y 1 de ellas es lámina negra rara del set Conclave Arcana. El solo añadir estas 3 cartas alquiladas magnificó de forma importante la cantidad de piedra que acumulo semanalmente, por me ha interesado alquilar un trabajador extra pero debo planificarlo bien, porque eso significaría conseguir 10K en Dec y bloquearlos para activar mi trabajador en la parcela.

Last week we had 822K in stone resources, and this week we’ve reached nearly 860K. Before renting that black-foil card, I was generating 30K stone per week—now, I’m accumulating nearly 40K! This is why I’m actually happy to see the price of DEC so low; I can rent these workers for two full weeks for a very small amount of DEC! If you own any plots in Praetoria, you should definitely take advantage of this great opportunity to accumulate as much as you can.

La semana pasada teníamos 822 K y esta semana llegamos a casi 860K en recursos de piedra. Antes de alquilar la carta de lámina negra estaba generando 30K en piedra pero ahora estoy acumulando casi 40K por semana! Esta es la razón por la que me hace feliz ver el precio del Dec tan bajo, puedo alquilar estos trabajadores por 2 semanas completas a cambio de una cantidad muy barata en DEC! Así que tenemos que aprovechar esta gran ventaja para acumular todo lo que podamos si tienes alguna parcela en Praetoria.
