Hey everyone! September has finally arrived, and I haven't been able to finish anything I wanted to get ahead on at work during this long vacation. Deep down, I knew I wasn't going to get anything done. Even yesterday, Sunday, instead of getting ahead on work that I could have done in an afternoon, I went to see this great centuries-old tree called Samán de Bello, but I prefer to call it Saman catuche because it honors the name of the Catuche stream that runs through the historic center of Caracas. The fact is, friends, that tomorrow I'll resume my teaching and research activities. I won't be able to be as active as before on the blockchain, but I'll make the effort to distribute my time as efficiently as possible to try to stay active.

But let's get started by getting back to our goals in #MyHiveGoals. We're already starting the last quarter, and every day counts! The good news this week is that for the third consecutive week, the price of Hive has remained above $0.04. I've been pleasantly surprised by this trend; it will be interesting to see what happens between now and the end of October.

In my case, I bought Hive last week at $0.043, and it's very likely that I'll buy another significant amount by the end of September. Hyperinflation is once again making itself felt in my country. Opening the doors to the Anglo-Saxons didn't help at all, so the best thing to do now is to back our fiat currency salaries with hard assets like gold, cryptocurrencies, or, ideally, both.

Although we've already reached the 12,000 HP goal much sooner than expected, we'll keep a record of the increase in our HP resulting from our interaction on the blockchain. But let's start with the Hive. As you can see, I funded my wallet. I did this on the first day of the month, and well, it was much more than what you're seeing now, but I invested significantly in Splinterlands assets. Even so, we left enough liquid Hive in our wallet to do the daily power-ups and the eventual #HPUD on the first of these last three months.

Regarding HP, last week we had it at 12,235 HP, and this week we added 215 HP for a total of 12,450 HP. Since we're just starting September, it's highly likely we'll surpass 13,000 HP by the end of the month. Of course, this will depend largely on how active I am on the network during those weeks. I don't think I'll be able to do my usual microblogging, so everything will depend on posts, comments, curations, and power-ups.

In any case, I no longer have the pressure of reaching a goal in this area, since I've finally achieved it. But I'd like to see how far I can go by the end of the year, and with that surplus, delegate it to projects that return daily or weekly liquid Hive that I can use for daily power-ups and thus maintain a constant growth of my voting power.

Now let's look at the goal we still need to reach: 2,300 HBD before the end of 2026. Last week we had a good run and generated up to 11 HBD; this week we came pretty close with 8.9 HBD. I think it will be difficult to generate these amounts in the coming weeks, but at least we made the most of this summer break.

It was last week that we added an extra 20 HBD to our stash thanks to the monthly APR, which, although at 10%, allowed us to reach more than 2150 HBD by the end of August. With what was generated this week we reached 2175 HBD, with 3 weeks still remaining in September, projecting an average of 5 HBD weekly + the 10% APR interest with what we already have locked, we would be starting October with more than 2200 HBD and entering the final stretch of our goal set for this year.

Well, friends, this is the progress of my Hive goals in these first few days of September. Of all these goals, my second-layer tokens are still pending. The truth is, I don't know if I'll be able to complete them this year, especially the BBH/BBHO, which is the main pair I wanted to grow this year. Que tal comunidad! Finalmente septiembre nos alcanzó y no pude terminar nada de lo que quería adelantar en el trabajo con estas largas vacaciones que he tenido. En el fondo sabía que no iba hacer nada, incluso ayer domingo en lugar de ponerme adelantar trabajo que podía hacerlo en una tarde, me fui a ver este gran árbol centenario llamado Samán de Bello pero prefiero llamarlo Saman catuche porque hace honor al nombre de la quebrada Catuche que atraviesa el casco histórico de Caracas. El hecho cierto amigos, es que mañana retomaré mis actividades docentes y de investigación, ya no podré estar tan activo como antes en la blockchain, pero haré el esfuerzo de distribuir mi tiempo lo más eficientemente posible para tratar de mantenerme activo.

Pero comencemos retomando nuestros propósitos en #MyHiveGoals, ya estamos empezando el último trimestre y cada día cuenta! La buena noticia esta semana que comienza, es la tercera consecutiva en la que el precio de Hive se ha mantenido por encima de los 0,04$ me ha sorprendido gratamente esta tendencia, será interesante ver que sucede de aquí a finales de octubre.

En mi caso compré Hive la semana pasada en 0,043$ y es muy posible que a finales de este mes de septiembre compre otra cantidad importante. La hiper inflación nuevamente se esta haciendo sentir en mi país, de nada sirvió abrirle las puertas a los anglosajones, así que lo mejor que se puede hacer ahora es respaldar nuestro salario en moneda fíat en activos duros como oro, directamente cripto o en el mejor de los casos, ambos.

Aunque ya la meta de los 12000 HP la hemos conseguido mucho antes de lo esperado, vamos a dejar registro del incremento de nuestro HP producto de nuestra interacción en la blockchain. Pero comencemos por el Hive, como pueden ver fondeé mi billetera, eso lo hice el primer día del mes y bueno, era mucho más que lo que estas viendo ahora, pero invertí de forma importante en activos de Splinterlands. Aun así, dejamos suficientes Hive líquidos en nuestra billetera para hacer los power up diarios y el eventual #HPUD el día primero de estos últimos 3 meses que quedan.

En cuanto a HP la semana pasada lo habíamos dejado en 12235 HP y para esta semana, sumamos 215 HP para un total de 12450 HP. Si apenas estamos empezando el mes de septiembre es altamente probable que superemos los 13000 HP para finales del mes. Claro, esto dependerá en gran medida de cuán activo esté esas semanas en la red, no creo que pueda hacer los acostumbrados microblogging así que todo dependerá de las publicaciones, los comentarios, curaciones y los power ups.

En cualquier caso, ya no tengo la presión de llegar a una meta en este apartado, ya que finalmente la he concretado. Pero me gustaría ver hasta donde puedo llegar para finales de año, y con ese excedente delegarlo a proyectos que devuelvan diaria o semanalmente Hive líquido que pueda usarlos para los power up diarios y así mantener un crecimiento constante de mi poder de voto.

Veamos ahora la meta que nos falta por completar, los 2300 HBD antes de terminar el 2026. La semana pasada tuvimos una buena racha y generamos hasta 11 HBD, esta semana nos acercamos bastante con 8.9 HBD. Veo complicado generar estas cantidades las próximas semanas, pero al menos aprovechamos todo lo que pudimos estas vacaciones de verano.

Fue la semana pasada que sumamos 20 HBD extra a nuestro alijo gracias al APR mensual que aunque esta al 10% nos permitió llegar a más de 2150 HBD terminando agosto. Con lo generado esta semana alcanzamos los 2175 HBD, quedando 3 semanas todavía del mes de septiembre, proyectando un promedio de 5 HBD semanal + los intereses del 10% de APR con lo que ya tenemos bloqueado, estaríamos empezando octubre con más de 2200 HBD y entrando en la recta final de nuestra meta planteada para este año.

Bien amigos, este es el progreso de mis metas en Hive estos primeros días de septiembre. De todas estas metas quedaron pendientes mis tokens de segunda capa, la verdad es que no sé si pueda completarlos este año sobre todo el BBH/BBHO que el principal par que quería hacer crecer este año.
