Greetings Splinterfam and Hivers! Welcome to my seventh Golden Path report, where we delve once again into the Splinterverse to document our journey through the lands of Praetoria this week. Let's start with the Volt Event, that's right, with our special Electrofox card and its dual function, whether you play ranked or use it as a worker on plots to generate EVP, which is my case. It's been over two months since this event started, and we've already opened 344 Aurelius Chests. Although we've obtained a good amount of ETN tokens, we still haven't gotten a special foil card or skin for this wonderful card. We just reached 10,000 EVP today and we're going to buy what will be our eighth Aurelius chest. I'm really excited to get an extra Aurelius card to try it out in ranked and evaluate its potential in the modern format.

Bienvenidos a mi séptimo reporte de la senda dorada, donde nos sumergimos una vez más en el Splinterverso para dejar registro de nuestro viaje en las tierras de Praetoria esta semana. Comencemos por el Volt Event, así es, por nuestra carta especial Electrofox con su función dual ya sa que juegues en ranked o lo utilices como un trabajador en las parcelas para generar EVP, que es mi caso. Ya tenemos más de 2 meses desde que empezó este evento y los cofres Aurelius ya van por 344 y aunque hemos conseguido una buena cantidad de tokens ETN, aún no conseguimos una carta de lámina especial o skin de esta maravillosa carta. Justo hoy acabamos de llegar a 10000 EVP y compraremos el que será nuestro octavo cofre Aurelius, me hace mucha ilusión conseguir una carta extra de esta carta para probarla en el ranked y evaluar su potencial en el formato moderno.

We didn't get that special foil we were looking for, but at least we got a special jackpot of 100,000 ETN! It's the second one we've managed to get from these chests. I transferred the first one to my Electroneum wallet to make my first wallet fund from Splinterlands and it worked perfectly! Now I'm thinking about what to do with that ETN, whether to keep it and hold it or reinvest it in more Splinterlands assets.

No conseguimos esa lámina especial que estábamos buscando, pero al menos conseguimos un jackpot especial de 100000 ETN! Es el segundo que logramos sacar de estos cofres, el primero lo pase a mi billetera de Electroneum para hacer mi primer fondeo de la billetera desde Splinterlands y funcionó sin ningún problema! Ahora estoy pensando que hacer con esos ETN, si conservarlos y hacer Hold o reinvertirlos en más activos de Splinterlands.

Looking at the card market, you can see some Electrofox cards for sale. Their price seems excessive to me, considering the very low PP (Power Points) production on these cards. I don't think a gold foil copy is worth that much. The reality is that these land cards have the advantage of acting as a power source and EVP (Evolved Power Points) generator. Beyond that, in ranked, they give you the bonus for wins, but even so, it doesn't justify paying almost $200 for a gold foil copy.

Echando un vistazo al mercado de cartas es posible ver algunos Electrofox en venta, su precio me parece excesivo considerando que la producción de PP en estas cartas es muy bajo, no creo que una lámina dorada valga tanto, la realidad es que estas cartas para lands tiene la ventaja de actuar como fuente de poder y generador de EVP más allá de eso en ranked te da la bonificación por victorias pero incluso así no justifica pagar casi 200$ por una copia dorada.

Last weekend, I decided to invest another 2000 credits buying a Verico pack. I was looking for more Dragon or dual-element Dragon/Fire cards to take my next Verico card to level 2, and although I was able to buy it directly from the market, I'm still missing cards from this set that I want in my collection. Since there are 20 cards per pack, I also hoped to get one or two mystery cards to add to the one I already got from opening these packs.

El fin de semana pasado decidí invertir otros 2000 créditos comprando un pack Verico, estaba buscando más cartas dragón o bi elemental dragón/fuego para llevar mi siguiente carta Verico a nivel 2 y aunque pude comprarlo directamente del mercado aún me faltan cartas de esta edición que quiero tener en mi colección y como son 20 cartas por pack también albergaba la esperanza de conseguir 1 o 2 cartas misteriosas para sumarlas a la que ya había conseguido en la primera apertura de estos packs.

This pack was a great surprise! Two mysterious cards were added to our collection, bringing our total to three. Their lineages are Dwarf, Undead, and Elf, and I only need three more to complete the set. We also added another copy of Afrijan Reedhauler, so we only need two more to reach level 2! I couldn't buy the remaining copies last week because I was short on cash at the time, and the card's value had increased significantly, by almost $0.16.

Este pack si que fue una gran sorpresa! 2 cartas misteriosas que sumamos a nuestra colección, ya vamos por 3 de estas cartas, sus linajes son enano, no muerto y elfo, solo me faltan 3 linajes más para tenerlas todas. Además sumamos otra copia de Afrijan Reedhauler, solo nos faltarían 2 copias para llevarla a nivel 2! No pude comprar las copias que me faltaban la semana pasada por que estaba sin liquidez en ese momento y la carta se había apreciado bastante, casi 0,16$.

We didn't get many new cards, but we did get one Edril Blink Dragon, ideal for our stone-producing plots, and one Frostbark Elder, whose design I loved. While it's a good card to use on a grain-producing plot, the downside for now is that there are very few cards of the same lineage (Treefolk). However, more cards of this lineage may be released later, so I could consider it a long-term investment.

No obtuvimos muchas cartas nuevas, entre ellas 1 Edril Blink Dragon ideal para nuestras parcelas que producen piedra y también 1 Frostbark Elder que me encantó su diseño, y aunque es una buena pieza para poner a trabajar en una parcela que produzca grano, la desventaja por ahora es que hay muy pocas cartas que sean del mismo linaje (Treefolk), pero es posible que más adelante aparezcan más cartas con este linaje, por lo que podría considerarlo como una inversión a largo plazo.

Now we move on to harvesting our resources. Currently, there are very good prices on plots of land, as I highlighted in the previous post. I even took advantage of this and bought a cheap stone plot in the Canyon biome of Oxborough for $14, including a building and an unstable totem! In short, there are good deals on plots of land. The key is to work them properly because even with a standard plot, with the right workers, you can make it produce large quantities of resources.

Pasamos ahora a la cosecha de nuestros recursos, actualmente hay muy buenos precios en las parcelas, eso lo destacaba en la publicación anterior e incluso aproveché para comprar una barata parcela de piedra en Oxborough de bioma Canyon por 14$ con edificio y totem inestable incluido! En resumen, hay buenas ofertas de parcelas, el gran detalle esta en trabajarlas de manera adecuada porque aunque tengas una parcela común, con los trabajadores adecuados, puedes hacer que produzca grandes cantidades de recursos.

The first thing we did was harvest our grain. So far, I haven't made any major changes to those plots. Where I do want to make changes is in my quarries in the Great Lowlands. I need to increase production on the plots where I have two workers. It was there that I realized how the low cost of Dec has made it possible to access several layers of the game that you previously had to think twice about, such as renting SPS, the season pass, and, in my case, card rentals.

Lo primero que hicimos fue recoger nuestra cosecha de grano, hasta ahora no he realizado cambios importantes en esas parcelas. Donde si quiero hacerlas es en mis canteras en Great Lowlands, necesito aumentar la producción en las parcelas donde tengo 2 trabajadores. Fue ahí donde me di cuenta de como el bajo valor del Dec ha hecho posible tener acceso a varias capas del juego que antes tenías que pensártelo bien, como alquilar sps, el pase de temporada y en el caso que me interesa el alquiler de cartas.

In this context, I realized that renting a rare black foil Conclave Arcana card that produces 10,000 PP costs less than $0.30! That means you'd have a worker producing that amount of PP for two weeks; imagine the amount of stone you could generate with such a worker. The biggest problem is that at the maximum level, it would require 10,000 Dec locked in that plot. So, what I did was rent two cards that each produce 10,000 PP and sell the equivalent of 23,000 Dec in stone to activate these two workers and our level 2 Verico card, which has an affinity with our golden Harklaw.

En este contexto me di cuenta que alquilar una carta Conclave Arcana rara de lámina negra que produce 10K de PP llega a costar menos de 0,3 $! Es decir, tendrías un trabajador que produce esa cantidad de PP por 2 semanas, imagina la cantidad de piedra que podrías generar con un trabajador así. El mayor problema es que al estar al máximo nivel requeriría de 10K en Decs bloqueados en esa parcela, lo que hice por tanto fue alquilar 2 cartas que producen 10K de PP cada uno y vender el equivalente a 23K en Dec en piedra para activar estos 2 trabajadores y nuestra carta Verico nivel 2 que tiene afinidad con nuestro Harklaw dorado.

Our other two quarries in the Great Lowlands—Oxborough and Bredaine—already have good workers there, and they're also epic and rare plots. For now, I want to assess how much I can generate on the plot I just improved and, depending on the production, decide whether it's worth replacing 1 or 2 workers in those quarries or improving the grain farms I also have in Bredaine.

Nuestras otras 2 canteras en Great Lowlands: en Oxborough y Bredaine ya tenemos buenos trabajadores alli, además que son parcelas épicas y raras. Por el momento quiero evaluar cuanto puedo generar en la parcela que acabo de mejorar y dependiendo de la producción, decidir si vale la pena sustituir 1 o 2 trabajadores en esas canteras o mejorar las granjas de grano que también tengo en Bredaine.

Well, friends, our Golden Path faces its first challenge. We transmuted stone into Dec, which we locked to activate two rented cards that produce 20,000 PP. We'll see how long it takes us to recoup the amount of stone we invested. Unfortunately, totems can't be rented; they would be an ideal alternative to boost the base production of our plots. In any case, I'm quite optimistic. Given the low price of Dec, I think this is an excellent opportunity to improve the production of my quarries.

Bien amigos, nuestra Senda Dorada enfrenta su primer desafío, transmutamos piedra en Dec que bloqueamos para activar 2 cartas alquiladas que producen 20K de PP, ya veremos en cuanto tiempo recuperamos esa cantidad de piedra que invertimos. Lamentablemente los totems no se pueden alquilar, sería una alternativa ideal para impulsar la producción base de nuestras parcelas. En cualquier caso soy bastante optimista, dado el bajo precio del Dec creo que esta es una excelente oportunidad para mejorar la producción de mis canteras.

With this, we conclude our seventh Golden Path report. For now, I can only focus on renting cards because the major investments I'm making at the moment are centered on acquiring the legendary archons from Arcane Conclave. Once I've acquired them all, I'll start considering purchasing rare totems for the quarries I recently bought. For now, I just need to evaluate the cost/benefit ratio of renting black sheet metal workers. I'll share the initial results in a future report. Best regards!

Con esto cerramos nuestro 7mo reporte de la Senda Dorada, por ahora solo puedo enfocarme en alquilar cartas, porque las inversiones grandes que estoy haciendo en este momento se centran en adquirir los arcontes legendarios de Conclave Arcana. Cuando los adquiera todos, comenzaré a plantearme la posibilidad de adquirir totems raros para las canteras que compre recientemente, por ahora solo me queda evaluar la relación costo/beneficio de alquilar trabajadores de lámina negra, cuando tenga los primeros balances se los compartiré en un próximo reporte.
