All worlds are phantoms.
You, a spiritual being, are choosing which to "make real".
And thus, the world that you "go to" is yours.
Quite literally, if you consider ALL of yourself.
You are creating it, you are projecting it, and you are living in it.

Now, to get to the level where you can start seeing that? Well, you start noticing that things aren't quite as you remember. You do meditations or hypnosis or some yogic practices and you change your past, and then notice that everyone remembers things as the way you changed them to. (not as "reality" would say)
