Ummm, other.
I want a homestead. When ½ of my XRP bag exceeds purchase price, i am selling/trading.

The same with the other half, but it comes later, and as i am ready to create new business, i will sell/trade all that XRP into raw material/inventory.

I am expecting $100 ish for XRP and 50% off on land price
I am expecting $1000-$10k for materials. (but copper will be way up in price by this time.)
