Well, there is a certain threshold that humanity has to pass to have access to free-energy.
I keep talking about two possible futures (3D & 5D) but, there is really a third. I might call it 2D, or black and white, as that is what everyone at that level thinks in. And, they will not get free-eneryg.

So, most of us will get free-energy.
