All the things i put down are very easily seen, so once you realize they are all linked to real estate, it is pretty much a foregone conclusion.

But, there is a lot more that i didn't bring up, that makes this even surer.
However, the reason everyone doesn't think this way is because real estate agents want to paint a rosy picture. (and people do not like to look for change)
