I comprehend, however, we will find out that "money" is even more important after free energy.
We will have continuous, non-polluting, energy sources here soon. I can actually speak about them now, so they are close. But, even after that, we won't be moving into a free economy. T.H.E.Y. will try to corner the market on automated/robot manufacturing. And it will be slow going for the alternative economy to actually get its foot in the door. (just like how long it is taking for crypto to take off)
It is like, imagine that we have an orange grower. And for the most part, the trees just grow themselves. We could automate picking and pruning. And so, there is little human inputs.
The same can be said about someone growing cabbages in a greenhouse. With all the automated climate controls and watering.
However, each for these has a limited supply, and the grower is putting their time and attention into keeping these things going.
So, we will have an even greater need to balance energy exchanges. And, money, even bitcoin, will no longer cut it.
The balance thing will be extremely complex from our current view. Like, making sure everyone gets enough food. While also encouraging everyone to produce the things that people want more of. I think money in the future will be more like a social credit score system, (not run by the govern-cement) but by reviews and actually knowing the groups you are sending your goods to.
