Yes, i see "real estate" going away.
Like, the entire definition of it.
It will no longer be the "kings estate"
The land will "belong" to the people who take care of it. (but, it is more the people belong to the land)
And we will not think it is appropriate to leave someone without lodging. Especially the youngest, just starting out. OK kid, now go make it on your own.
Further, boomers own 25% of the houses, those will all be on the market this decade.
Disease, VAXXX, natural disasters… will take another 25%.
And so, 50% of the houses will be on the market.
Along with this, blue cities become hell holes.
