I think the biggest is Gary Gensler.
But, it is really hard to tell. Because these are not lone criminals.
Bankman Freed didn't get all that money without being connected.
He was probably being a money launderer. Or maybe a payment point for bribes.
He had money come his way, that should never have thought twice about that exchange.
I think the whole thing was a con job.
Then, i have to compare con jobs.
Gary, single handedly stopped XRP's meteoric rise.
And there was NOTHING in the lawsuit.
Even if there was something in it, it would have defined the rules for XRP. (which may have been a better outcome. XRP, the first federally regulated crypto)
But, they SEC just dragged this out, and then asked for some million dollars.
I think that Gary is the bigger villain.
