There are lots of aether theories, and they are miles ahead of Einstein'ian physics.
They are all in their infancy.

The electric universe models are nice, and show a lot of promise.

However, until i hear of scientists talking about the 5th and 6th universal forces
The large and small galactic force. (it spins and holds galaxies together)
when i start hearing that, then i will know some people are on the right track.

But, unlike people like you, i tell people that Einstein was a plagiarist or say the speed of light has been exceeded, they say nuh-uh, you need to go to school and learn. So, above, i am writing to that level.
