I comprehend.
But first, this complaint from our sponsors:
I have watched too many "vegetarians" who basically eat peanut butter sandwiches.
Technically vegetarian, but omg what a horrible diet.
And, i have seen vegetarians who put a whole head of lettuce in a bowl, and that's dinner (usually they spice it up) But that is how much roughage you have to eat to survive on just vegetable matter.
Now, back to our show:
What we really do not understand as humans is nutrition, especially individual nutrition.
Eat right 4 your blood type describes 4 basic dietary types. And strangely enough, they are pretty much our 4 modern dietary types. Vegetarian, Paleo, Mixed and Other.
Some people work really well on a high plantous diet. Where meat is small portion, or non-existent. These people seem to do better on soy than other types. So, it is often really easy to just go tofu.
What is really interesting, is that, if we stopped trying to put everyone in a single box, you can really identify what a person should be eating by looking at them.
The runner's shape (not sprinters) is very often a body fit for Vegeo
